Established in 1993, Rachel Julien specialises in the construction of condos featuring modern architecture. The person that inhabits them is their priority. Their objective is to offer customers superior quality of life and comfort.

All their projects reflect a desire to showcase the historical aspects of the sites and inject new creativity, as evidenced by the success of the Quartier 54, N.O.V.O. and the Condos de la Gare projects.


Cardinal Hardy

Winner of several awards for its achievements, Cardinal Hardy is an architectural firm who worked with Prével and Rachel Julien on numerous projects such as; Loft Impérial, Quartier 54, Le Lowney and Le Seville. They also worked on projects such as the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, the redevelopment of the Bonaventure highway and the Old Port of Montreal, just to name a few. From the urban design to landscape architecture, Cardinal Hardy designs all its projects with the perspective of a better future.

Menkes Shooner Dagenais Letourneux Architectes

The firm provides an architectural approach that meets the needs of society while contributing to a better built environment. The firm has developed several residential projects in Montreal , including le Louis Bohème, les Habitations N.O.V.O, les Condos de la Gare & le Berri-Bonsecours. Furthermore, they excel in the institutional, corporate and cultural domains; examples include the LEED platinum certified Maison du développement durable, the Georges-Émile-Lapalme cultural space at Place des Arts, as well as the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec. Founded in 1987, Claridge Inc. is an investment company with a diversified portfolio, primarily in the food industry, the entertainment and real estate sectors. Since its creation, the firm has participated in the development of the television networks TSN and RDS, as well as the production company Grand Entertainment. Claridge is already a financial partner with Prével for its real estate development Le Seville.

Created in 1991 by the Fonds de solidarité FTQ, the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ forges strategic partnerships to invest in, develop and build profitable, environmentally sustainable and job-generating properties. Doing its part to drive the local economy, the Fonds immobilier invests in commercial, office, industrial, institutional and residential construction projects.
